🎯 Requirements

⚡ Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Perform basic computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve basic software-related issues.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity testing.
Configure and troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN connectivity.
Perform Ping, Tracert/Tracertoute, IP configuration, and other basic network tests.
Perform UTP cable termination and connector punching.
Identify and troubleshoot basic network cable and connectivity problems.
Assist with installation and configuration of routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients/users when required.
Maintain proper records of IT equipment, support activities, and reported issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Follow company procedures and maintain professional communication with clients.
Assist senior engineers with network, server, CCTV, and other IT infrastructure-related tasks.
Perform other IT support-related duties assigned by the management.
